Volumia Press Ceramic

The Volumia press technique is a working methodology that allows an aesthetic and functional ceramic layer to be applied to crowns and bridges in a rational way. Restorations produced with the press technique are veneered in a single step, without the disadvantages of ceramic shrinkage during the different firing stages

A liner applied to the substructure gives the crown its base colour. Subsequently, the restoration is waxed up, checked for the right occlusion, embedded and pressed over. The interaction of the fluorescent liners and the semi-transparent Volumia press pellets produces aesthetically pleasing results.

Volumia press ceramics provide the laboratory with a time-saving way of obtaining a consistent quality and colour fit to present to the dentist.

With Volumia, each kind of substructure has its own product range, but the colours and the working method are the same for all products.
